STAPOLIN
Clongriffin Central is being thoughtfully planned to align with the neighbouring Stapolin LDA development on the Baldoyle side of the railway line, ensuring a cohesive and integrated vision for the area.
STAPOLIN
The Stapolin Land, acquired in March 2025 by the LDA, comprises 18-hectares of land with permission granted for 1,931 homes, the delivery of permanent access to Clongriffin train station, creche facilities, commercial units, new parks, transport facilities and other public infrastructure works to enhance community amenities.
The LDA is working closely with key stakeholders, including the NTA, CIE, FCC and Dublin City Council, to improve movement and connections between Clongriffin and Stapolin. We aim to facilitate a more connected and cohesive Clongriffin–Stapolin neighbourhood, improving access to services, amenities and public spaces across both council lands.
A public consultation is also ongoing on Phase X of Stapolin
